Symposium Application Conditions

- Participation in the symposium is free of charge.
- All travel, accommodation, meals, and similar expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
- Applications will be accepted with both abstract texts and full papers.
- An author may participate with a maximum of two papers. If an author’s name appears in more than two papers, only the first two submitted papers will be considered for review.
- The symposium languages are all dialects of Turkish, as well as Russian and English.
- Accepted abstracts and full-text papers that are presented at the symposium will be published as an e-book in December 2026. In addition, upon the request of the authors, full-text papers deemed suitable for journal format by the Symposium Committee will be published in the Symposium Special Issues of MANAS Journal of Social Studies and BELET International Social Sciences Journal, provided that they pass the journals’ double-blind peer-review process.
- Papers that are not presented will not be published.
- Participation certificates will be issued only for presented papers. In papers with multiple authors, a separate participation certificate will be issued for each author.
- Abstracts must be written in both the language/dialect of the paper and in English, between 200–250 words.
- Paper titles must be provided in both the language/dialect of the paper and in English.
- At least 5 keywords must be provided in both the language/dialect of the paper and in English.

- Any problems or issues that may arise during submission are the responsibility of the author(s).
