Kazakistan Al Farabi Kazak Milli Üniversitesi
In cooperation with Kazakhstan Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Nigde Omer Halisdemir University and the Turkish World Journalists Federation, an international information festival will be organized under the name of “V. International Turkish World Communication and Art Symposium”, which artists, academicians and scientists who conduct scientific studies in all areas of communication and art can participate in.
“V. International Turkish World Communication and Art Symposium” will be held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, hosted by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and coordinated by Nigde Omer Halisdemir University Faculty of Communication between October 21-26, 2025.
You can apply with papers on all kinds of subjects within the scope of communication and art within the framework of the Turkish World written in all dialects of Turkish, English or Russian, and the scientific data to be obtained as a result of the symposium will be published as an e-book in December 2025.
Within the scope of the “V. International Turkic World Communication and Art Symposium”, the Turkic World Documentary Film Festival Kazakhstan, which is organized annually by the Turkic World Journalists Federation and will be held for the 10th time this year, will also feature documentary film screenings.
The second symposium, which was launched in 2019 under the name of “International Turkic World Press Symposium” hosted by Amasya University, was held by Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, with its scope expanded and its name changed to “International Turkic World Communication and Art Symposium”, addressing all areas of communication and art, which have close relations with each other. The third symposium was held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, hosted by Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Azerbaijan State University of Civilization and Fine Arts and Azerbaijan Baku State University.
“The 5th International Turkish World Communication and Art Symposium” is directly supported by Baku State University of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan State University of Civilization and Fine Arts, Al-Farabi Kazakh State University, Kazakh T. Zhurgenov National Academy of Arts, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University, Uzbekistan Giants National Academy of Arts, Uzbekistan University of Journalism and Mass Communication, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Karabük University, Bozok University, Selçuk University, Gümüşhane University, TRNC Near East University, Fon European American University, Azerbaijan Target Educational Institutions, Azerbaijan Press Council, Azerbaijan Minstrels Union, Azerbaijan Turkish Hearths, Turkish World Culture, Art and Cinema Foundation, Niğde Journalists and Writers Association.
Through the symposium; it is aimed to discuss academic issues in the field of communication and art, share mutual experiences, create common research methods, reveal current issues, determine future perspectives of scientific research and prepare the ground for joint projects in the Turkish World in the future.
